Not forecast, didn't see it coming, but rain it did - just as I turned around to come back. And with it came the increased head wind. So not an altogether pleasant morning. Grey and murky - no ships sighted.
Anyway I did the run, back before nine so have the whole day to dry out. and warm up.

It's when you try to remove said wet clothing.....haha, that's when you realise just how wet of a run that was! 🤣🤣I'm one of those wierd people who looks out and says "Oooh goody it's raining....must be time to run!" 🤣
