Week 4 run 2... not so good

Had a sore throat and feeling the dreaded cold coming on that everyone else seemed to have over the festive period but I managed to dodge. Decided to arrest the run anyway. Got to the last run and struggled. Walked minute 3 to 4 of the second 5 minute run. Bit disappointed but glad I attempted it when not feeling great.

Checked my fitbit and my heart rate reached 196bpm!

Sounds like a few days rest would be your best bet. Well done for making the effort but even more importantly knowing when you've done enough.Get well soon and tell us how you get on 😁
