Graduated through the programme for the second time today. š
Having damaged ligaments and tendons in my right knee & left ankle, I had become totally sedentary, eating rubbish, and put weight on.
Back in October I decided to give this a go again & so pleased that my knee has gotten through all the runs! So onwards and upwards now. Consolidation runs, improve my pace, and work towards 10K. šŖš

Congratulations to you (and your knee!) for getting through C25K again. This is a really good finale to this year, 2025 is ahead for you to work towards your new goals.
Great to finish the year healthier than you started it šššš
congratulations Jay_Gee ā¦I think I remember you from the first timeā¦once you do c25k, even if you stop running for one reason or another, itās still in there, buried and eventually, like you, it comes back out and takes you back to that joyful experience of running againā¦and graduating again just cements the fact that really, running is what you want to do!! And you have nailed itā¦very well done to youā¦great way to end 2024ā¦consolidate in Jan and then who knows where itāll take you this time?
