Graduated through the programme for the second time today. 👍

Having damaged ligaments and tendons in my right knee & left ankle, I had become totally sedentary, eating rubbish, and put weight on.

Back in October I decided to give this a go again & so pleased that my knee has gotten through all the runs! So onwards and upwards now. Consolidation runs, improve my pace, and work towards 10K. 💪👍

Congratulations to you (and your knee!) for getting through C25K again. This is a really good finale to this year, 2025 is ahead for you to work towards your new goals.

Great to finish the year healthier than you started it 👏👏👏😁

congratulations Jay_Gee …I think I remember you from the first time…once you do c25k, even if you stop running for one reason or another, it’s still in there, buried and eventually, like you, it comes back out and takes you back to that joyful experience of running again…and graduating again just cements the fact that really, running is what you want to do!! And you have nailed it…very well done to you…great way to end 2024…consolidate in Jan and then who knows where it’ll take you this time?
