Week 1 completed, messing with coaches

It was a windy one this morning! Found the second half harder than in the first two runs due to the weather I think, it’s windy and gusty so it really took my breath away. I’ve been trying different coaches through the week: I had Michael in my ears today but I think Jo has it so far... here’s to week 2 starting on Friday 👍

Good job. Keep us posted on your coach! Wind isn’t fun, tends to make it harder whichever direction it’s going in when gusting. Enjoy week 2

Thank you. I am chuffed as I genuinely haven’t run (or done much else) three times in one week for absolutely years, and I feel good! It’s good for my head, too 👍

Well, you’ve done the hardest bit now... you’ll feel better and better as you go.

Well done Molly, great progress. 👏👏 Running in the wind is hard, so good for you persevering.

I loved MJ personally. I used to talk to him (yep, weirdo!). Have fun out there whichever coach you end up picking. 😀

Well done i have only done one run in the wind so far and it’s hard going! I really wanted to change the coaches but I started with Sarah and I can’t change!! I have a new plan that when I graduate I will keep doing the final week for a while after using the different coaches! Please report back on your coach recommendations!

So far it’s Jo. Very down to earth and really encouraging 👍
