Completed week 9 Run 3 yesterday and canβt believe I made it to the end. Started this amazing journey as an unfit 53yr old who hadnβt done any exercise for over 20years, feels incredible to have made it to the end and now really look forward to my runs. A huge thank you to the Admin Team and fellow runners!! Who have inspired me on my journey and kept me going

Flora37 If you follow the links on the badges post as well there are some consolidation plans but your Couch to 5 k app should also have 3 extra post graduate runs. Otherwise just put on your music or a podcast & enjoy a 30 min run on your favourite route .. ..
Nike Run Club have guided runs .. itβs a free App & my favourite go to for good coaching & fun runs from 5 mins to any length.. plenty of 30 min runs for consolidation xx
yay!!! Fantastic workβ¦congratulations Flora37 β¦weβre all here cheering for you & love to see that badge next to your nameβ¦well done you!!
congratulations on completing C25K!
Congratulations Flora37 Great achievement!!
congratulations- now for the consolidation runs which are very enjoyable
It is a great feeling-savour the joy and the sense of achievement . Well done indeed.
It is sad when the programme ends, it gives one such a sense of purpose and it all feels such a positive thing to do for oneself. The praise and encouragement feels almost essential to the act of running.
I reused week9 a fair few times to keep the motivating voice in my head but have adjusted over time to running solo, no voices, no music. You will find your preferred way to run.
Congratulations. Massive effort. Delighted for you. ππββοΈ
Well done Flora37.
It feels great doesn't it! You've done the hard bit, just need to keep it up now, and feel the benefits going forward. All the best and Happy New Year πββοΈπββοΈπ
