Beyond C25K Stepping Stones

After completing C25K the App unlocks the Beyond C25K runs to help you to transition to the next challenge. I did the first one tonight around the local business park and back in the rain and cold of the UK, but I felt strong and really enjoyed it. Although it is a 35 minute run it does keep your interest by challenging you to run at different paces . I am going to give these a go for a few weeks and try to gradually improve my pace and distance. Well worth a try after graduation and a great addition to the original programme. Keep going everyone and good luck on your individual journeys 😁

🍏👍 That’s great news Christrfc I absolutely loved consolidation runs. It’s when both my head and my legs really started to believe that I was a runner. Thanks for encouraging others to give Beyond a try. It wasn’t available when I graduated. Enjoy the next one. 😊
