What do you want to do? I think you could do either. Week 6 is one that often people find tricky-perhaps because of the high of week 5 run 3-that was what it was for me anyway!
Are you the sort of person that wants to tick every single run off? Would you like to keep pace with your friend and compare notes? I would probably repeat week 5 and finish with my friend. We’re all different and to be honest, there’s no right or wrong answer here

Couch to 5k isn’t the only way to build to 30 minutes running. Some programmes are shorter. Not everyone does every single run, and some even skip weeks (although generally we’d recommend people stick to the timings as far as possible). It’s a great guide but that’s what it is-a guide. We’re all different and start from different points.
That week 5 run 3 is such a milestone and it’s totally appropriate that you’re proud!! Good luck for week 6!
Huge well done anyway... as MissUnderstanding says, the choice is yours... you may want to repeat it... because then you have done every single week.. Or., if you are not one of those folk and you feel confident.. then on you go
