I’m soooo frigging happy I made it to the end of Couch to 5k, when I started this 9 weeks ago the end get like it was going to take forever and I’d never get there.
Yes I repeated a week here and there and why not because like any sane runner if a certain week didnt feel right you repeat it until your confident.
It was Absobloodylutely B E A Uuutiful out this morning , why I wore 2 tops I’ll never know 🤣🤦♀️ I did strip off mid run which was soo much better . More miles added to my Breast Cancer Now wear it Pink in October to raise money as I run for them .
I’m off to sing my little heart out in the shower because I finally completed it and I get to wear the Smug Pants today . YAY
