Last week I completed my9 weeks Monday Beyond 5k run1

Wednesday Club Run 4.75 miles

So this week will fit in run 2 probably Friday

Saturday will do run 3 will do it as Parkrun and a bit extra

Like to take Harvey my cockerpoo on the Parkrun for his run he loves it and helps me maintain a steady pace that is unless he spots a squirrel then it's a super turbo pace at the moment it's Harvey nil Squirrel 's two.

🍏 ooh I need a photo of Harvey! I love dogs!! Wonderful that he is such motivation, squirrels excluded 🤣 Your consolidation runs are going well. Any thoughts about what you use after that?

Apologies if I have already replied. Not sure if it was sent.I am going to continue with Nike Run Club guided runs The aim is to run longer & stronger improving pace

🍏 oh Harvey you are a handsome chap! He looks full of energy! NRC runs are so varied.. I enjoy them! It’s good to have goals & purpose to keep it all interesting! Have a look too on our other forum for graduates.. great ideas and tips. Particularly helpful is the weekly Quest Club for graduates… will give you a link to explore.. thanks for photo!
