Good morning runners!

A double report today for Wednesday and this morning's runs, both 25 mins though did vary the route.

Wednesdays run was a chore, didn't feel like it one bit and felt every bit of the run, never got into a rhythm and breathing felt laboured. Kept it steady and was able to complete. Happy days!

This morning I woke up really early, like 3am early, Im out with the lads today and have the feeling in going to end up drinking. It's been playing on my mind a bit. Feels like a bit of a fail if I end up drinking again after less than 2 months πŸ˜‚

Woke up with a bit of a dodgy tummy (Indian last night) so had to wait a few hours until I felt up to running safely, headed out closer to 7am.

80s classics again my choice of listening. Decided to take the breaks off A LITTLE this morning. Times in picture.

Managed 4.3km in 25 mins and could have easily went on to complete the 5k but decided to stick to the plan. Also on my last bit of run got a cheery good morning from a fellow runner who looked very familiar, maybe from this site? If anyone was in the Devils Bridge area this morning, yep that panting sweaty mess was me πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

This morning had a real nip in the air I found, not quite running tights weather yet but won't be long now. I really enjoyed the run after a tough midweek one and am looking forward to starting week 8, probably Tuesday when no work.

Off for a coffee in the garden with the squirrels!
