Fantastic! Don’t be nervous, just learn to pace yourself. My first breakthrough was learning that my brisk walk could be faster than my run - so learning to start slowly is key. That way you won’t get puffed out too soon. Plenty of water on rest days as well as run days. Trust the programme - it really really works!

Welldone! Trust the program as it works. I had never run in my life when I started and when i did the first week I honestly thought I was going to have a heart attack after running 60 seconds. I was breathing loudly, was red as a beetroot and it took me ages to recover. Yesterday I ran the run 3 of week 5 (20 minutes) and it was ok. I am still pink but my breathing is ok and I recover really quick. If I could do it so can you! You will do great!
