After a couple of 'bad' runs, I have run for 30 minutes non-stop today!

As some of you may remember, I had a run in week 8 (last week) where I needed to walk while I drank some water and wipe the copious amount of sweat from my face. Well, the next run was ok, followed by a run which again, was not my best, but today I ran for half an hour non-stop, so to anyone else having runs which are tougher...please keep going. It is not a race. Perseverance wins in the end.

Thank you to everyone who gave me such good advice and helped keep my spirits up. Onwards and upwards.

Thank you. Yes, today was quite a bit cooler than of late, although I think the temperature from Friday is creeping up again 🙈

Absolutely well done!! You've made a great discovery that I think we all make at some point on the programme: All runs are different.

It's amazing in the last few weeks of the programme how all of the runs of the same duration in the same week can be so different.

But you've made it through and succeeded!! And now you've just got two more runs to go?

Please keep us posted...

Hi. Thank you, yes, 2 runs to go but am away next week! I have completed C25k 2 or 3 times before (then got injured or ill as I have Cerebral Palsy mildly and stopped, but never had to walk before, so that's a new one for me). Determined to keep going this time! I will be swimming and doing a lot of walking while away, so hoping to keep some of the fitness.
