Congratulations on finishing C25K :)

Be sure to get your Graduate badge healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

(you'll get the word 'Graduate' after your name on here :) )

As to the running, the next task is to consolidate being able to run for 30 minutes. Take a few weeks to run regularly for this time. I'm sure someone will be able to tell you how to unlock Beyond 5k.

There are other apps you can use as well. A lot of us like the Nike Running Club app (NRC). It's free and you don't need to buy Nike stuff to use it. It has a lot of guided runs and training plans so if you like to have someone to encourage and guide you it's great. There are different coaches all with different approaches and they each offer another way to approach your run.

Well done once again, now is when the fun really starts :)

🍏Joining  Yesletsgo in congratulating you on your graduation!! That awesome feeling will be with you a long time…. I will post a link about consolidation but do claim your badge as there is a lot of information for you there too.

Posting pictures… press the picture icon post your photo and then press post. However you need a title and a description too.

Enjoy your celebrations 🥳 Well deserved!

Massive congratulations!! The app is a bit glitchy. My first suggestion would be to close the app an open it again. If that doesn’t work, close it. turn your phone off and on again and see. If that doesn’t work you might need to uninstall it and download it again. Hopefully the classic IT tactic of turning it off and on again will work! We don’t have anything to do with developing or maintaining the app so we haven’t got any special technical knowledge here unfortunately!

It’s not obvious that you can only add one photo at a time-are you trying to add more than one? If you’re doing that, only the final one you selected will appear. Sometimes people use other apps to make a collage so it looks like you can add many at a time, but the site won’t let you do that.

Good luck!

Congratulations on completing C25K. Here is your beautiful graduates virtual badge. Now you have received lots of great advice here regarding trying to move forward onto beyond 5k. Hope you manage to open it up.

Good luck in your future running experiences and maybe pop over to bridge to have a look at what’s on offer there.

Happy running!👏👏👍🥳🥳

Congratulations, Graduate!!

I did about a month of consolidation runs after completing the programme - just to keep up the consistency of running three days a week with rest days in between.

It was during that month that I reached 5K. After that - the world is your oyster. I second the recommendation for the Nike running app. I'm using it now for the 10K plan.

Keep us posted.
