What an amazing feeling, I even had enough gas left to sprint the last 30 seconds! Thanks for all your support, it feels great to be running long distances again, got a 10k planned for the end of September. Coach to 5 k is an amazing programme!

The fact that one is barely able to run at all, then can run for a few minutes and then (seemingly out of nowhere) can suddenly put MORE effort into the last minute or 30 seconds of a run is simply mind-blowing, isn't it?
