I did it. Amazing and wonderful. But goodness that extra 5mins, I wanted to be sick at 15mins, it was hard I wouldn't say I enjoyed it.

But I am so happy to get this far.

Well done you...if you are finding it tricky, then simply slow down... the longer runs need a relaxed, steady pace... and if you are able... up some of the stamina and strength work on some rest days..

They really do help the running body to keep up with the legs...! x

I do open water swimming 2 to 3 times a week as well and that does help.

It really will and there are loads of other supportive exercises on the S and F forum too...

A big congratulations to you GM11 on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a runner, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 25 minute runs, not long now until you graduate.
