Graduation - again

Week 9 run 3 completed but it's taken a lot longer than 9 weeks due to various viruses and a non-running related injury. Now I just need to keep the habit going. I've had a look at the beyond section of the app and it looks doable, I'd like to start parkrunning in the Autumn as that's always when I loose motivation. Onward and upward.

Congratulations!!! It's such an amazing feeling to finish and graduate from the programme! Well done!!

I find that having a race on the calendar keeps me motivated and certainly bling (medals) help if you're a magpie like me.

I did a month of consolidation runs following my graduation and then jumped into Bridge to 10K. But everyone has different plans and goals - the important thing is to set those goals and one of those is consistency.

All the best! Do keep us posted...
