Done it! Completed C25k all runs. I did 7 weeks on treadmill and started running out from week 8. I found it a bit difficult as I was not able to control my pace and was getting too tired. So repeated week 7 outside and completed weeks 8 & 9. It has been a wonderful feeling to run for 5k nonstop. My current pace is at an average of 9’.05” over last 3 runs. I’m now looking forward to carry on and see if I can improve my pace a bit.
My 5 cents out of my experience - Slow & steady... you know the rest. Cheers guys for all the encouragement and tips I received in this forum. You guys rock!!!
