just did my second day stage 7 , was nowhere near a beech today and did the 25 minutes although the last few minutes played havoc with my hips,thanks for all the advice.

Haven’t run for 40 years so I’m hoping the more I run the more my body will adapt but thank you for your advice will definitely try hip exercises.
