Did it w5r3 ran for a whole 20 minutes! Breathing was good but midway through my shin ached a bit but is Ok now. Nearly had a tear when Laura said thats it 20 minutes is complete , not of relief but Joy to be able to say I did it. 😁

Well done on completing w5r3! I had so many doubts I could do it but I took it slowly and managed it! The programme really works doesn’t it! Never could of done that in week 1, nice to take the time to look back and see ur progress!
