Week 9, run 2 of the week

I have followed the Couch to 5k past eight weeks and had only two setbacks - week 5, workout 2 and last week, week 8 workout 2. I last exercised 15 years ago so brand new to running again at the age of 55.

I ran 30 minutes yesterday - week 9, workout 1 - it was hard but it felt great to reach that target. I know the more running means the easier it gets but I am still at the beginning but if it wasn’t for Laura on the podcast I would not have been able to complete.

If I can do it then the majority of people can as I could not run the length of myself!!
