Fantastic and congratulations on your progress so far! You’ve got loads to celebrate already. Bring on those week 7 runs! You can take all the runs at a steady pace where you can hold a conversation out loud without gasping. That, counterintuitively, is the best way to build up your running fitness. You might like a browse through the programme guide here for some hints and tips…

I found week 7 a bit of a grind-I think I was tired from the beginning of the programme. That’s quite common, so whether you’re flying along or finding it harder work, that’s entirely normal. Good luck!

I loved the last three weeks of the programme. But like I said in my truth's post: Every run is different. Don't expect Run 1 to be the same as Run 2 or Run 3. Accept that some days you'll feel great and others not as great.
Slow and steady will get you there. All the best.

Congratulations to you on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, it was exactly 6 years ago last week I completed that run, 6 years ago today I completed week 7, onwards and upwards, not long now until you graduate ✔️✔️
