I planned to run today after nice 2 days of rest. However, I started mobility routine that was quite heavy on leg muscles, so they are really sore today. Additionally, my dog have a small wound on her paw, so it will help her to heal as well ❤️🩹
I do recognise importance of rest and muscle regeneration. The science says that we get stronger 💪 during the rest period after our exercises. It is rebuilding that makes us better ☺️
I have a strong decision to run tomorrow, probably a nice morning run before heat will hit.
