Running after nasty virus

First run this morning after over a week of forced rest. Nasty sore throat /cough which is almost over. I'll be taking it nice and slow. No personal bests today.

Have a lovely Christmas one and all.

Can't beat slow and steady....protect your throat...naughty Christmas throat gremlins are still about... and this mild weather is really encouraging them! :)

Nice and slow is the best! Hope you feel 100% soon.

Thanks l have just come back from my gentle jog. It was pretty tough but I am glad to have done it. Good to see that prior training doesn't disappear in one week. Your encouragement is very helpful

Hope you feel better soon cath. Must be very hard to drag yourself off for a run when you are not well. Haven't had to face that yet. Hope you have a nice Christmas and feel well enough to enjoy it

Thanks I went for a slow run yesterday and I actually feel better for it even if it was a bit of a slog especially the last ten minutes.
