Thanks to Yesletsgo for reminding me I searched my diaries to see any entries about running and on International Women’s day it was 3 years since I completed the C25k. I mostly try to run every other day depending on what’s happening and it’s the best thing I have ever done in regards to my health and my mental health.
So I was up and out feeling jolly pleased with myself, did a full 5k up to the farm and back and across the fields which was a bit muddy to be fair but I couldn’t have cared less.
After all my upset last year and having to find myself again and turning 60 I finally feel back on track, I know I have to be careful but todays run was absolutely superb 👌🏻

HAPPY Runniversary... ! Three years of ups and downs, , good times, and bad, and here you still are... full of determination and full of the joy of running.
Very, very well done and what a glorious location for that well deserved celebration 5K! xxx
This is such a wonderful read. Happy runniversary and congratulations for everything you’ve achieved. Feeling back of track is such a great place to be, especially with muddy trainers on! Here’s to another fantastic year of runs for you! ❤️❤️❤️
Yes after being so low I wondered how I could ever get back, I’ve had the odd dip which is to be expected but on the whole I’m positive, lucky to have loving family and this forum to fall back on 🙏
