Can’t quite believe I completed C25K yesterday! As a 63 yr old who has never been a runner this is quite an achievement for me! Anyone struggling - keep going - the program works and you will get there! ( And it’s a great feeling when you do!πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰). πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Well done. I started running 5k weekly (parkrun) at 71, exactly 3 months after major surgery so we both are proving nothing is impossible. I’d bet you’ll end up faster than me …

Thank you - I’m not built for speed so it’ll always be a gentle jog for me I think πŸ˜‚ but well done you with post op recovery and park run! That’s impressive.

Well done! Keep going

Well done! I'm nearly your age and this is about the fourth time that I've done the C25K - on week five at the moment. Now you just need to keep it up - Try the 'Beyond C25K '

So chuffed for you, it's a real achievement and such a good feeling. I was 60 the first time I graduated and wondered if I was too old when I started, and I'm a couple of weeks behind you now on my rerun, and a couple of years older than you!

So we are proof that you're never too old to get fitter. πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

Well done Oldchicken. I too am 63 and a Cto5k graduate. The plan definitely works. I’m now repeating it every year around the time the clocks go back to help me through what for me is a difficult time of year. What’s next for you? Have you signed up to your local parkrun yet? They are really positive, all-inclusive community events that are free timed runs that take place on Saturday mornings at 9am. I think you’ll love it. Enjoy your running journey. Xx
