I have just graduated from C25K with my lovely Lauraβs voice that encouraged me and actually I have done this in 40 days and I run everyday because someone told me if I could do that continuously in 40 days, it would probably be my routine. However, after graduating from this app Iβll run 3 time a week ππ»ββοΈππ»ββοΈππππ»ππ»π€π»π€π»ππππ and thank you everyone on this community as well that I have read for getting inspiration. Cheers π» Have a nice the rest of the day. See you in the next step. ππ

Congratulations. Well done πππββοΈπ
As a new runner you should take a rest day between runs to allow your body to rest and repair, and for the business of leg building to take place
You can run every day further down the line when your run legs are fully built. Until then three days a week will be fab πππͺπββοΈ
Good luck

Many congratulations on your graduation fellow runner.
Please read the guide to post C25K running healthunlocked.com/couchto5... and take note of the caution recommended for all new runners.
Doing too much too soon is a sadly recurring theme on this forum.
Keep running, keep smiling and take care.
