So today this happened!!!! I’m not quite sure how, but it did!!!!! Woop! It’s taken me a little longer with the lockdown and circumstances but I’ve done it!!!!! Thanks for the great support on here!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K, well done 😀 🏃🏾 🎓
To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message on the May graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K.
Now run a few 30 minutes consolidation runs, after that you can do the Stepping stones podcasts with Laura, pace speed and stamina then consider if you wish to run 10K by doing the Ju Ju Magic plan 10k
I found that running for at least 30 minutes 3 times a week for a few more weeks made me feel my legs were a lot stronger, and it gave me time to think about what I wanted to do next, such as longer distance, better speed, or combination of both. (Ps,I still don’t actually know what I want to do next, 2 years later!)
Thanks everyone! I’ll give the consolidation thread a good read!!! Then decide! I registered for Park Run just before Lockdown...typical...lol! So hopefully will be even better by the time they start back up again! Xxxx
