Just completed week 1 after graduating 4yrs ago!! Feels great to be doing it again 😀 I’ve started it with my daughter, who’s enjoying it too… just hope I can keep going as she’s back to Uni next week. We’re going to try to run on the same days to keep encouraging each other 😊 it definitely feels harder 4 yrs older !!😬

🍏👏 You can definitely do this! When your daughter is back at Uni we are here every day to support & encourage you. Well done for getting her running too. Just fab!

Congratulations on coming back - you've done it before - you can do it again!

I do similar with my sis-in-law and she's in Wiltshire whilst I'm in Spain. It does really help and it's fun to share. Enjoy 😊
