Now on week 6 and I still think week 1 was the hardest. I repeated 'week' 1 for a whole month until I stopped wheezing and gagging, now on week 6 and running 10 and 20 minutes with no (well less anyway!) wheezing and gagging.
For anyone stuck on the early weeks - keep going, if Laura says you CAN do it, you can!

It is amazing. I read other people's stories about running 20 minutes and thought I would never get there after finding week 1 soooooooooooooo hard. But I did! And if I can.....
Great post - I'm sure all the new folks will appreciate hearing of your success and the adaptability of the program. And congrats on reaching week six - graduation is in sight.
Just slowing things right down will help with the puffing and wheezing. Great stuff Lemony! Keep going whatever you do. You'll get round, just go nice and steady. Laura will get you round
Slow is definitely the way to go. I have little legs anyway, so I suspect snails of overtaking me. But I have to remember it's about the running, not the speed!
