Week 8 done

Did I enjoy it? Turns out, yes. Not at first but I said to myself that even if not enjoyable, I'd still do it. It was busy out and I was having problems with my headphones and app which kept dropping out and stopping respectively. Also, couldn't get my top layer off as needed extra hands 🥵 The upshot was I ran 32 mins by accident. Felt knackered but after a long, very cool shower I felt grrrreat. Respect to this programme and all you great supporters and cheerers-on, on this forum. Couldn't have got this far without you all. Thank you 😊 🙏 💓
