I started couch 2 5k
Was on week 4 and although found it really hard I was getting on ok, until I developed a very sore back / buttock, to the point where I couldn’t walk never mind run.
I went to see a sports physio who diagnosed a sacroiliac joint problem, I then developed sciatica I have had regular physio which included accupuncture.
6 weeks later I am recovering well and for the last week I haven’t had to take any analgesia thank goodness.
Has anyone had this problem and if so when is the right time to start running again. My physio says I will know when I’m ready but I’m terrified of the pain coming back.
