First day today on the app it was hard but I pushed myself to do it. And hello to everyone. I am doing this for me I’ve had a long term sickness and as a result I’ve lost my job but will be able to go back when I’m ready just need to do my physio and keep fit and if my physio allows it I’m going to join pure gym I’m more determined than ever now. And I’ve cut my drinking down to sat and sun and I’m on a diet also. On the day I don’t run I go on a exercise bike and a ab workout and physio everyday apart from Saturday and Sunday.

Very positive start. Well done. Take it as it comes and always remember there are no “failures” on this plan except not having a go. 😄 You’ve done the hardest thing by getting out the door the first time. From now on, it’s all learning and progressing at your own pace. Enjoy it. 👍
