Very sensible to go back to the physio. This doesn’t sound like an everyday problem. Hope you get to the bottom of it soon x

Sorry you’re struggling . I am too and I’m into my 6th week of not being able to run. Ankle still painful but doing the exercises and there is slow progress but for me will probably be way into New Year before I can start again unless it suddenly gets better. I hope you get sorted but better to be safe than sorry. Take care.

Just head back and wait for your results... I was 12 weeks off.. the runs are there for when you know what is happening. Don't run.

Please my lovely, stop trying to run on it. If you have a stress fracture you could be making things worse every time you try to run on it. Not being able to run is awful, I know it, but you HAVE to stop until you have the scan. Did your doctor give you any idea how long the wait is for a scan? Can you call the GP and ask? I'm so sorry, it must be driving you crazy.

You’ll be back, don’t worry. It took me nearly 15 weeks, my ankle stubbornly refused to get better, and when l got back l repeated the whole program and, fingers crossed, have now been injury free for almost two years.

Hang on in there Garden. Frustrating yes but hopefully will get to the bottom of this ankle injury soon. Please don’t risk long term injury by running. Take care 👍🏻
