I'd let the running slip a bit over the last few weeks, what with the dreadful weather and having a few knee problems. But yesterday morning was dry, sunny and calm, so I set off on my normal 5 k circuit. All went well and as I arrived back home, I felt a few raindrops. Within 5 minutes, the sky was black, the rain was chucking it down and huge hailstones were sliding down the patio doors. Any later and I'd have been very cold, wet and possibly concussed!!

What a beautiful garden/park .. such a lovely feeling to have the run done before the awful weather! So well done for getting back into it and 5K is an awesome distance!
