W8R1, R2 & R3 in a week!

Yes, I completed this milestone this morning. It’s definitely more difficult with 3 minutes of longer runs but I’m glad to say that I managed quite well. I’ve noticed that I tend to watch the time as I get closer to the end. I’ve also joined ‘Grounded Aerial Yoga’ and ‘Yoga’ to help my inflexible body become more flexible and to aid muscles and joints! Have a good day everyone and enjoy your progress 😘🙏❤️

🍏👏Heti that’s amazing.. you are really running well now! Have a good rest before your final week! Start slowly.. so you have lots in the tank to finish the 30 mins. Excellent idea to add yoga into the mix. I can’t wait to pin your Graduate badge. You have worked so hard 💪🥰

This all sounds very positive indeed... slow and steady, as you head to that podium, where we'll all be waiting to cheer you home !

Just had a peek at your earlier posts, wow you've worked really hard and sensibly to get this far. It's a real achievement! The yoga is a great companion to running, they each help the other and you'll feel so strong. Nearly there now 😊
