Week 7 run 3 I struggled to get to the end. So when I had completed it I thought - as it was hard going I’ll redo the week. However when it came to the crunch I decided to step up and give week 8 a go. What a surprise I can do it! It’s not comfortable, I’m not elegant nor do i look at all human at the end but..... I can do it! I just had to trust the program!! Tomorrow it’s W8R3.
However I need a bit of advice here ! I’ve been running for weeks. Tough yoga 3 times a week also. Eating healthily keeping calories around 1300 mark including my only vice in these tricky times G&T in the evening.
Why after all this time have I not lost a pound! I’m overweight and can’t shift it!! Please help!!
