Yippee! I cannot quite believe I completed the C5K app earlier this week. I’ve now started to consolidate my 5K runs. I’m definitely going to continue running because not only does it make you feel good physically, but also mentally. If you’re still on your journey, keep going. If I can do it anyone can. I’ve even convinced my wife to start it next week.

Congratulations to you. 🎉👏🏃♂️
Well done, now you can relax and just enjoy each run. You will feel better and better over time.
Quite a few years ago I weighed over 13st, but gradually reduced that to 11st 10lb two years ago when I got my o.a.p annual health check.
Last month my annual health check showed my weight had reduced to 10st 7lbs, that's a loss of 1st 3lbs since I started running Sept 2018, and about the same when I was 21.
This could be an incentive for your wife if she wants to loose weight.😇
Congratulations!
