I am so pleased with myself. I did the 90 sec run then walk and then the first 3 minute run . Half way through I came to a junction and I took the slightly hillier route. OK it was a slight slope but before I always took the downhill option. I am determined to get better and that means doing slopes then hills. Slight slopes this week but as the running part gets longer I will have to run up the steepest part of my circuit!

Huge well done you,...hills if you have them, do strengthen...your legs, lungs and your resolve. What I used to struggle with, I use as my warm ups now and am faster going up than down:)

The more you run, the more it evolves... on you go!

🍏😊 Excellent! Slopes & then hills help to build stamina strength. Take them slowly with little steps & suddenly you are back on the level. Once you know you can run for 3 min you start to gain confidence in yourself and the program. Well done! Keep letting us know how you are faring! X
