Love my new shoes but turns out they're not magic ones 😊

After a few false starts, took delivery of my new trainers over the weekend. I waa super excited to do my first run in them today (W6R2) but it turned out to be one of those tricky ones. I ran with a teeny, tiny hangover on Saturday and that one was great when. I had expected it to be challenging. I know we all have bad days and I think it was partly my expectation that new trainers = fitter, faster runner. That said, it's done and shoes were really comfy. Happy 💕

They look fab. I had a 'bad' run last week and I was so disheartened as my previous 25 min run went well however I took 2 days off and then ran a really good 25 min run . You can never predict how it's going to be and you do have to listen your body. Having said that I am boosted when I wear my new trainers but am reluctant to wear them in the rain and mud as I want to keep them pristine!

Oh me too!! They arrived in time for my run on Saturday but yeah, it was raining and puddly so I wore my walking shoes that I've been running in until now 😂😂 I like the pristine look and if it's not forever then it should at least last more than 1 day!!

Those shoes are great! I don't usually like pink but that's a fantastic shade. You'll fly along in them if you can ever find a day that's dry enough that they don't get muddy 😂

They are pretty, glad they are comfy, oh tough runs happen when we least expect them but you ran that's what matters most

Loving those pink trainers !!! Sometimes runs you think are going to be great are rubbish and vice versa 😂 but any run is a good run x
