week1, run1 done today with the lovely Steve Cram. Third or fourth time I’ve had to start again. First graduated in 2021 I think. Arthritic knees got in the way last time but today felt good. A beautiful sunny but cool morning with a touch of spring in the air made it a real pleasure to be out. Just need to keep my head down and work through it. No point in impatiently rushing things and ending up on IC again. Look forward to sharing my experiences 😊

🍏👏Welcome back and we wish you well this time round. Slow running is key and as you say no rush needed. The more you relax into the run the easier you will find them. Take 2 rest days here & there if you need to. Support that knee with Strength & Flex exercises. Will put a link for you.

A dynamic warm up and gentle cool down stretching are both important too. Keep posting & we look forward to your progress!! Very well done for getting going!! ☺️

Good to see you and welcome back! Loads of us have repeated, or are repeating C25K. We know we can do it, we know at it involves and we can slowly and steadily, simply enjoy the return !

Annieapple has given you the link... head across to the S and F Forum for some super support ideas for that running body!

Catch Up Corner her, later today, will be focusing on Core strength, always useful to get us through to that finish line:)
