Out for another 20 minutes

Suddenly realised I needed to get out for my run. Did some stretches and then off I went. I did the same route as last week so I knew where I was time wise. Got to about 15 minutes in and started to feel a slight twinge in my ankle/heel but kept running/jogging and got to 21 minutes without too much trouble and niggle had eased.

Starting to feel a bit happier about risking the odd niggle. Grandchildren coming up on Friday so won’t be out again till next week sometime.

Happy running everyone and rest well if on the IC

🍏 Well done! Hopefully it will feel easier with every run. Have fun with the grandchildren! 🤩

I’m hoping it will. Just going to stick with 20 minute runs for a while then I’ll try to increase it again. I’m just hoping it’s not going to rain too much and we can get out and about with the grandchildren. 🤞🤞
