Hi everyone, this page has changed and I have not posted for a while, I have been looking for the outline of the C5K page where it outlines all the runs for the 9 weeks, would anyone know if it still exists and where I would find it please. It has a graph listing the 8 Weeks and the runs for Days 1, 2 & 3 showing how long you walk & run for and how many times, you could print this off and stick it on the fridge. Lovely to be back again. Thanks for all your encouraging posts.😍😍

Welcome back! Lovely to see you here.

Enjoy ticking those runs off!
Thank you so much, it appears that the page has changed, would this be correct. And yes I will enjoy ticking of those completed runs. Would you also happen to know if the new version of the C5K has a bell that signals half way through the session so you know when to turn around and run back ?

🍏Hi Pearl Welcome! 🤗 The new APP Couch to 5K definitely has a halfway bell 🔔 plus it has other great features to explore. Enjoy! 😊
