Invigorating run

Woke up to a beautiful sunny morning but cold. After a lot of faffing around deciding how many layers/pairs of socks I should wear I eventually got out. Decided to dova 20 minute run with Coach Bennet and off we went - into a bitter head wind! After 5 minutes I seemed to come alive and got into a good pace (for me!). Coach B encouraged me to ask myself how a run affects me for the rest of the day and I can honestly say I feel energised now, which is good because I've got loads of chores to do! Just looking at the sunshine makes me feel I want to do it again but I think I'll restrain myself til Thursday πŸ˜†πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Ooo now I want to as well, but today I have a long list of things to do before tomorrow. I might get out later to the gym or for a walk but can't put my list off any longer. Enjoy that energised buzz your run gave you πŸ˜€
