Deliberately left W6R3 until today, I was going to do it Yesterday but I was feeling a little drained if I'm honest, so I procrastinated.
I hit the gym quite hard on Friday, some shoulders but primarily back based with a little biceps thrown in there for good measure.
This lead to me starting to ache yesterday and going through into today.
I headed downstairs as it started to get light and got everything ready.
As the warm up walk started everything was fine and before I knew it Laura was telling me it was time to run for 25 minutes.
I set off and within 5 minutes I hit an issue, my left shoe laces had come undone, pause the app, pause the treadmill, tie the lace, resume the treadmill and get it back up to speed and then resume the app.
A little perturbed I carried on and the time was flying by, my HR seemed to be very good and my breathing deep and controlled.
My lats felt achy as I jogged along but nothing painful and nothing that would stop me.
And then Laura was telling me I had 60 seconds left and, if I felt up to it, I should increase the pace a little, so I added an extra 1kph.
Overall, another great run experience and a great way to start Christmas Eve.
Nothing else to say really except, happy running every and a Merry Christmas to you all!
