Yes, well done.... this high praise comes from a couch potato! I have bought a Nordic Tracker, so just doing 7x 400 laps just to get started. Keep going - to state the obvious! And perhaps you'll see me posting that I ran 1k shortly. I used to jog, got "too busy for sport" and downhill from there. 2024 is the year for me to get back to getting fit. Happy Christmas
