Well I amazed myself with week 5, run 3! Couldn't believe I ran for 20 mins without stopping. The plan is working well ☺️
I think my energy levels are improving too. I definitely feel stronger and fitter. I was able to do pilates last night and then the run today!
Getting ready now to travel tomorrow to the UK for Christmas. Looking forward to starting week 6, run 1 on Christmas day 🌲
So far so good! Off to finish up some work and enjoy the evening.
