2023: W26R1 - mud, fog, rain and technical problems :-)

Today I waded through ankle-deep slush and paid close attention to the slippery surface hidden under the snow.

The running app failed, which is a shame because I'd be really interested in the results. I ran the same route as in W24R2, only in much worse conditions. The result was wet in my boots. But luckily I came back unscathed and escaped the treadmill this time too.

I probably won't be able to do three runs this week due to work load

(I don't dare to go on such a journey in the dark).

But I will try.

Happy running everyone!

Oh my goodness! I think I’d have a duvet day. Well done for getting out there.
