Still aching from the weights and resistance band training, mainly the triceps, so I deferred the second session until tomorrow so I have until Tuesday to recover.
Headed downstairs this morning and jumped on the treadmill for W3R3.
With the treadmill being in the conservatory it was a little cool in there but I soon got up to temperature.
Looking forwards to starting W4 on Monday.
