After my last run I felt a wee niggle in my left ankle and I've waited 6 days before completing W8. Tonight's run was straightforward and once again I completed just over 3 miles. It feels like a real achievement. Only three more runs to go! 🏃🏼😀

Wow well done! And sensible to give that ankle time to heal, enjoy week 9

Glad your ankle had settled and great run. Have you looked at building any strength and free work into your week? It’s worth it to help keep the niggles to a minimum.
