It’s not about the time it takes, it’s about building confidence and stamina. That was my thought process this morning.
I didn’t wear my 🧢 which I usually try to hide behind and I changed my route so I don’t have to cross any major roads while playing what feels like human frogger 🐸
I went back over conversations I had with Fatbags1 on here and remembered to adjust my pace when I needed to.
Breathing still needs work but that’ll come and it is getting easier until I think about my breathing and then it goes to pot.
I had my best run ever today, feeling motivated and proud of myself but am looking forward to a snooze this afternoon 💤

What a topsy turvy process this is!! Fantastic for you having such a good run today. Hope to be posting the same for my run later today. Go and have that snooze!
Morning. How are you doing? I've had a dodgy tummy bug and haven't been running for almost a week and can't see myself getting out there for a day or two. Think I'm going to do a 20 minute run, then 25 and then start week 8 again. Bit fed up as I'd hoped to be on my way to the finish line by now! How are you doing ?
Huge well done you... relaxed and slow and steady. Try to just focus other things, maybe make up silly words to songs, give the things and people you pass daft names.. and just enjoy!
Good to hear it is going well - just about to start Week 8 tomorrow so will think about adjusting my pace - I finished my final run for Week 7 at 'speed' so hoping I have some more left for that extra 3 mins 🙂
